Meeting in Graz

The fifth all-partner transnational meeting was hosted by uniT on June 4th and 5th, 2015. A workshop on the first day provided an overview of the Austrian care system for elderly people. Participants were able to compare the Austrian Styrian healthcare system with the one in their home country or region.

Meeting in Genoa

Genoa Workshop

The fourth all-partner transnational meeting was hosted by ALPHA Association on January 22nd and 23rd, 2015. The meeting included a half-day workshop in which participants learned about swallowing problems that frail elderly people encounter. The workshop was divided into three parts. The first was theoretical. It covered elements of anatomy, physiology and pathology in order to understand how swallowing occurs normally and how it may be affected by different types of disorders.

Meeting in Livingston

Livingston Workshop

The third all-partner transnational meeting was hosted by West Lothian College (WLC) on October 30th and 31st. The meeting included a workshop in which participants formed four teams that competed cooking Scottish recipes. Team members followed the tutor Tommy Smith's jovial instructions in a fully multi-equipped college training kitchen. Teams were awarded prizes and each participant received a certificate for taking part in "The Great West Lothian Bake Off"…
